How to Ship a Rug
1st scenario
Imagine a regular size bathroom towel laying down flat on your floor. Let’s say, the size of the towel is 8 feet by 10 feet.
If you fold this towel in half from the length, now, the size of your towel will change to 4 feet by 10 feet. Next, you can fold the last shape from the width in half. Now, you have 4 feet by 5 feet. If you can fold it one more time, the final size will be 4 feet by 2.5 feet.
You can use a rope or silver duct tape to keep and secure the final wrapped piece. After securing the shape, now, you can wrap it with waterproofed material/plastic sheet. Use silver duct tape to close all the open and loose parts of your package.
Attach your address and receiver’s address to your package. Make sure the label doesn’t tearaway from your package. This is how to ship a rug.
2nd scenario
the small rug sizes (3’x5’ or 4’x6’) you can role them individually like making a cigarette. The final shape can wrap in a waterproof material and use silver duct tape to seal and secure your package.
